Computerized Digital Radiography
 Computerized digital radiography systems provide benefits for you and for us. Your exposure to radiation is reduced by up to 90 percent compared to conventional x-rays. Digital x-rays are better for the environment, too, because there are no harsh chemicals to dispose of.
Computerized digital radiography allows for safer, better, faster, and smarter diagnostic radiographs of your teeth and supporting structures. CDR images are stored electronically and can be recalled instantly. They can be digitally manipulated (enlarged, for example) to enhance our ability to diagnose any problem areas and emailed to specialists for consultation.
Digital x-rays are truly the best and safest way to diagnose and show you what is happening in your mouth.
Sophisticated dental software & digital network
We have one of the top two dental software packages in the country, which allows us to use flat panel monitors in each operatory. The flat panel monitors help us diagnose and then explain your treatment. We can actually show you before and after radiographs (x-rays) and pictures of patients with similar problems, or show you educational videos that will further explain the problem and the suggested treatment.
This software also allows us to keep electronic records and use e-business for your convenience and comfort.
Use of surgical scopes & high intensity light sources
Dr. Taylor uses surgical magnification with a high intensity light source for all dental procedures. This allows for very precise and accurate procedures.
